Martha Isabel Bonilla has left her post of minister counselor.
Embassy of Cyprus
Spyros Attas has taken the post of first secretary. Attas was previously in the political affairs division in Nicosia.
Embassy of Czech Republic
Jiri Kulis has taken the post of counselor (commercial and economic). Kulis has been notably focused on international trade relations and trade promotion. In the past eight years, Kulis has been posted as commercial counselor at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Wellington, New Zealand (1992-93), in Sydney, Australia (1993-98), and in Tokyo (1998-August 2000).
Miroslav Toman has left the post of counselor (commercial and economic).
Embassy of Egypt
Minister Mohamed El Zorkany has left the post of deputy chief of mission. Minister Zorkany previously was deputy director of the Egyptian-European partnership negotiations unit. Zorkany has held various posts in the ministry of foreign affairs of Egypt. He has served in the Embassy of Egypt in Ethiopia, Portugal, France and Belgium.
Minister Hamdi S. Loza has left the post of deputy chief of mission.

Maheshwar Rao has taken the post of charge daffairs and first secretary. Rao was the trade commissioner of the Fiji Trade Commission in Los Angeles from January 1977 until August 2000. He has a masters degree in economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana in Champaign, Ill.

Gyöngyi Szenáky has taken the post of first secretary. Szenáky graduated in 1984 from József Attila University of Sciences in Hungary, majoring in Hungarian, Russian and English languages. She has been working for the ministry of foreign affairs since 1993, dealing with the countries of the former Soviet Union.
Zsofia Trombitás has left the post of first secretary, cultural affairs.
