Filip Vagac has taken the post of first secretary (political section). Most recently Vagac was executive director of the Children of Slovakia Foundation, the biggest grant-making foundation for children and young people in Slovakia.

Atan Shansonga has taken the post of ambassador. Before his appointment, Ambassador Shansonga was managing director of Mining Industry Support Services Limited (MISSL) in London. MISSL evolved following the privatization of the London-based ZAL Holding Limited, a subsidiary of Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines Limited, which provided ancillary services to the mining industry in Zambia.
