Benguerral was previously deputy director of Algerian Foreign Ministry in charge of North American Affairs. • Kamel Hadri has left the post of minister counselor, deputy chief of mission. Embassy of Burkina Faso • Jeanne Marie Coulibaly has taken the post of press attaché. Coulibaly was a journalist at the National Television of Burkina Faso. • Macaire Kabore has taken the post of second counselor. Kabore was counselor at the Cabinet of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Burkina Faso. • Simplice Honoré Guibila has taken the post of second counselor. Guibila was appointed as director, ministry of foreign affairs, Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. Embassy of The Czech Republic • Petr Janousek has taken the post of third secretary (press). Janousek came to the embassy from the Czech Foreign Ministry in Prague, where he has served since 1998. Washington, D.C., is his first overseas posting, except for a three-month internship at the United Nations General Assembly last year. • Martin Weiss has left the post of second secretary (press). Marquez is a graduate in literature and holds a master’s degree from La Sorbonne University in Paris as well as studies in arts management from New York University.
