Embassy of Armenia
Noune Zastoukhova has taken the post of second secretary. Zastoukhova was in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Department of International Organization since 1993, Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in the Islamic Republic of Iran from 1996-1997, minister of foreign affairs, human rights desk from 1999-July 2000.
Tigran Seiranian has taken the post of counselor, consul of the embassy. Seiranian was minister of foreign affairs of the Republic of Armenia since 1993, consul of the Armenian Embassy in the Islamic Republic of Iran from 1995-1998), head of the Consular Department, minister of foreign affairs from 1998-May 2000.

Aygun Samadova has taken the post of attaché.
Embassy of Bahamas
Joshua Sears has taken the post of ambassador. In 1995, Sears was appointed permanent secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and in 1998, assumed his post of permanent secretary in the Ministry of Health.
Sir Arlington Butler has left the post of ambassador.

Trevor Vernon has taken the post of counselor designate. Vernon previously was land development, referral agent and commission agent in Belize with residence in Panama.
Georgia Brown Williams has left the post of counselor.
Embassy of Cyprus
Spyros Attas has taken the post of first secretary. Attas previously served at the Cyprus Permanent Mission to the European Commission in Brussels and held various posts in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nicosia.
George Chacalli has taken the post of deputy chief mission.
Andreas Kakouris has left the post of deputy chief mission.

Paula B. Navunisaravi has taken the post of second secretary. Navunisaravi previously was senior economic planning officer with the Ministry of National Planning.
Salaseini L. Vosailagi has left the post of second secretary.

Massimo Marota has taken the post of counselor commercial office.
Luigi Marras has left the post of first counselor commercial office.
Embassy of Liberia
William V.S. Bull has taken the post of ambassador. In 1990 Bull assumed the duties as ambassador and permanent representative to the United Nations, a post he held until 1998 when he moved to London to assume duties as ambassador to the Court of St. James.
Rachel Gbenyon-Diggs has left the post of ambassador.

Tulga Narhuu has taken the post of minister-counselor. Tulga has been working as senior officer, U.S. and Canada Desk at the Ministry of External Relations in Ulaanbautar, Mongolia.
Batzorig Bilegt has taken the post of second secretary consul. Bilegt has been working in various positions in the General Intelligence Department, the State Security Agency and the Ministry of Public Security of Mongolia.
Gendenbaatar Luuzan has left the post of second secretary consul.

Atan Shansonga has taken the post of ambassador. Shansonga was formerly a businessman in London. Shansonga was a senior employee of a subsidiary of Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines in London.
Dunstan W. Kamana has left the post of ambassador. Kamana was formerly a businessman and former newspaper editor.
